This training equips educators with an evidence based approach to build positive and productive classroom environments. Restorative practices can strengthen relationships with students and foster a sense of community, reduce conflict and misbehavior by addressing issues constructively, and promote student growth by developing communication, problem-solving, and accountability skills.
